Glyn Evans je vedoucím týmu Design & Build CEE a zároveň vedoucím týmu projektového řízení a developmentu (PDS).


Glyn má více než desetileté zkušenosti s poskytováním služeb řízení projektů a komerčních fit-outů v regionu střední a východní Evropy. Do společnosti Cushman & Wakefield přichází z firmy JLL, kde zastával funkci ředitele projektového managementu pro region CEE. Od roku 2015 byl zároveň ředitelem české společnosti Tétris, dceřiné firmy JLL pro služby Design & Build. V JLL řídil 5 regionálních týmů projektového managementu a mnohé projekty včetně poskytování služeb Design & Build v České republice klientům z řad nájemců komerčních realit i investorů. Glyn je členem a bývalým předsedou Královského institutu diplomovaných znalců (RICS) pro ČR. Je rovněž akreditovaným expertem v oblasti certifikace LEED.
