Military & Veterans Program

Cushman & Wakefield recently established the Military & Veterans Program (MVP) Employee Group, which includes staff from right across the organisation. They bring with them specialist skills in recruitment, training & development, marketing and communication. Many of these staff are also veterans and understand the complexities of transitioning from a military environment to a civilian one. ADF veterans who apply for opportunities will be guaranteed interviews. This interview guarantee will extend to their partners.

A Veteran's skills, qualifications and experience are highly valued by Cushman & Wakefield. Through regular and structured conversations with all employees we help them prepare and implement individualised development plans. We have developed a skills matrix to assist veterans with identifying like functions to that which they would normally associate with the military and make and upskilling an easier exercise. Dedicated resourcing, through various arms of Cushman & Wakefield, will assist with this process, and presentations will be made to all areas of the business to assist in identifying prospective opportunities.
