Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle La Franchi to the newly created role of Director – Digital, Innovation and Sustainability within the National Program Services (NPS) Team, focusing on the Department of Defence.
This strategic role is designed to transform the firm’s digital offering, spearhead innovation, and lead sustainability initiatives for its client. Enhancing the speed and integrity of data will provide confidence in decision-making across the Defence Estate.
Michelle will be instrumental in delivering strategic outcomes for the Department of Defence, particularly in the NPS space, and increasing capability for the Army, Air Force, and Navy. Michelle's promotion reflects her significant contributions to our business. She has provided years of strategic insight and has fostered a positive cultural shift within the NPS team over the past 18 months.
