As Queensland's Logistics and Industrial sector continues its rapid expansion, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its team with three key appointments in its QLD Brokerage Logistics & Industrial South West division.
The firm has welcomed Daniel Billiau as Associate Director and Flynn Stewart and Riley O’Keeffe as Executives, bolstering its capabilities to meet the increasing demand in 2025.
Mr Billiau brings a unique blend of leadership, strategy, and data analysis to the team, underpinned by his extensive background in commercial real estate valuations and his distinguished service in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Having spent the last 12 years as a pilot in the RAAF, he is set to play a crucial role in enhancing team collaboration and client service delivery.
Mr Stewart transitions from his role as a consultant within BDO’s Project & Infrastructure team, where he successfully managed complex projects and delivered high-quality results. Known for his collaborative approach and exceptional communication skills, Mr Stewart is expected to be a strong asset to the firm’s growing Queensland team.
Mr. O’Keeffe ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals, coupled with a keen understanding of client needs, allows him to deliver outstanding service experiences. With a strong focus on professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving, he consistently fosters positive relationships with his clients.
