With an impressive career spanning almost four decades in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Lloyd Cooper has established himself as one of Canada's top commercial brokers.

He currently holds positions on the C&W Global and Canadian Advisory Committees, the C&W CoreNet organizing committee, and serves as a mentor to emerging brokers in both organizations.
Lloyd is the senior Broker in Cushman and Wakefield’s Quebec platform, based in Montreal. Consistently the top sales producer for over three decades, he has maintained a position among Canada's National Top Ten salespeople annually since 1994.
