Cushman & Wakefield’s Italian Capital Markets Team has advised Immobiliare Stampa S.p.A. and Aquileia Capital Services S.r.l. in the successful disposal of Palazzo del Traforo in Rome. The Asset was sold after a structured marketing and bidding process which started in September 2020 inviting a wide range of institutional and private investors.
Palazzo del Traforo is a rare Trophy Asset located in a prominent location and stunning setting in the heart of Rome’s CBD, just a few hundred metres from famous landmarks such as Trevi Fountain, the Quirinale Palace and the Spanish Steps. The iconic building is developed over seven floors above ground and two basements accounting for a total area of approximately 5.000 sq.m. The building, overlooking Largo del Tritone, offers a unique combination of prestigious office premises on the upper floors, a highly visibility commercial portion on the ground floor and a parking spaces in the basements.
Palazzo Traforo is a fully leased Bank in Italy under a new lease contract confirming the institution’s presence in this area of the city.
