Cushman & Wakefield is Advisor for AXA IM Alts in the Lease of 4,700 SQM of Office Space in Monterosa 91, Milan

With a total surface area of over 80,000 m2 - of which 47,000 m2 of offices - Monte Rosa 91 is one of the largest properties in Milan. The operator will establish its headquarters there starting from next spring.

The asset, inaugurated last June 28, has been completely redeveloped to achieve high standards of quality and environmental sustainability by making use of new technologies to implement its management systems and reduce energy consumption.

The property offers new green spaces, also usable by the entire community, and services designed to promote the well-being of the tenants, including an auditorium, gym, restaurant, a nursery and meeting places.

Monte Rosa 91 was the first redeveloped property in Italy to obtain the Platinum Wired Score certification and is currently aiming to obtain the LEED Core & Shell Platinum protocol.

This operation demonstrates the attractiveness of the office market in Milan which, in the third quarter of 2023, recorded an absorption of approximately 96,000 m2, in line with previous quarters, and which brings the total since the beginning of the year to 269,000 m2.
