The location, characterized by excellent accessibility via public transport, is located in a strategic and central position between the Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle; in addition to being a renowned high street shopping destination in Milan, the area is also a very important business hub of the Milan CBD.
Dante 9 is spread over 7 floors above ground and a basement, totalling 5,400 m2 of gross surface area mainly for office and commercial use. The property, characterized by an iconic and prestigious marble façade, is rented to prestigious national and international office and retail tenants.
