Nike is set to soon open its new flagship store on the second floor of the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. Although the brand has had a presence in the retail complex for some time, it has decided to expand and revamp its existing store. Additionally, The North Face has also recently joined the tenants of Złote Tarasy, one of Warsaw’s most popular shopping centres, which is expected to introduce even more sports options.
Nike’s flagship store will expand to include two adjacent units, occupying over 1,400 sqm in total. Additionally, in early October, The North Face opened a new store, while streetwear retailer Snipes relocated to a larger space. Another sports retailer JD Sports, which offers clothing, footwear and accessories from leading sports brands, is also expected to join the line-up of tenants at Złote Tarasy. JD Sports will occupy the second-floor store vacated by Sizeer, which will soon reopen in a new location.
"Złote Tarasy continues to attract interest from new brands. In addition, its existing tenants, reporting strong performance, are choosing to expand their stores to accommodate their growth. Recent changes to the tenant mix on the second floor have resulted in the introduction of new concepts and a reconfiguration of the store line-up to enhance the offering for customers,” comments Izabela Ługowska, Leasing Manager, Retail Agency Poland, Cushman & Wakefield, who is responsible for the re-commercialisation of Złote Tarasy.
Złote Tarasy is a five-level shopping centre with an area of over 66,000 sqm. It has a portfolio of more than 180 stores, including Van Graaf, Zara, Reserved, Converse, Victoria’s Secret, Guess, Lacoste, LUSH, Sephora, Douglas, MAC, Marc O’Polo, Massimo Dutti, and New Balance. The shopping centre also offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. In addition to well-known chain restaurants, it is anchored by Hard Rock Cafe, Pasibus, Cava, Hana Sushi and Kuchnie Marche, making it an ideal venue for culinary discoveries and socializing. Located in the very heart of Warsaw, Złote Tarasy is the place for the latest trends in fashion, lifestyle, retail and top-notch entertainment.
