Ilona Otoka is experienced senior property professional. She has over 14 years experience within the real estate sector. From 2012 she is licensed property valuer. She joined Cushman & Wakefield Poland, Valuation & Advisory team in 2018. Currently she is Senior ESG Consultant in Strategic Consulting & ESG Advisory team, focuses on strategic approaches to sustainability and ESG management. She is also a member of the EMEA Sustainability Leadership team. Ilona has worked on a diverse range of commercial and residential real estate project and is particularly skilled in Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy. She has graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Master of Engineering degree in Spatial Planning), Postgraduate Studies in Property Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and CSR/Sustainable Development Goals in the Company's Strategy at the Kozminski University.
