Over the last years, he worked on a number of tenant representation instructions including Microsoft, Wipro, Ericsson, Sky, TNT, BBDO, Herbalife, WTW  among others. Francisco also deals with the lease and acquisition of office space in the Portuguese market, relying on his in-depth knowledge of the local players.

  • Acted on behalf of Microsoft in the lease acquisition of a 2.000 sqm office space in Lisbon’s city centre at EspaçoAmoreiras

  • Acted on behalf of Sky in identifying suitable office space for their new technological centre in Lisbon. C&W successfully negotiated approximately 3,000 sq.m at Entrecampos 28

  • Acted in behalf of Willis Towers Watson in identifying a suitable office space for their headquarters. C&W successfully negotiated approximately 3.000 sq.m at BarataSalgueiro 33 in Lisbon.
