Riaz is Head of Project & Development Services, Malaysia and Thailand. He leads the service delivery and provides strategic real estate advice to both investors and occupiers.

He brings with him over 25+ years of solid built environment and quantity surveying experience in Australia, New Zealand and India. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Riaz was a senior commercial manager and held other senior positions with service providers and contractors. He possesses strong expertise in project management, financial and commercial control at senior level of various types of projects across office fit-outs, hospitals, residential, high-rise building and commercial builds. He is well versed in managing large teams with a strict focus on procedures and controls for better project results.
