Inclusive Impact

Building a World of Possibilities—Together

At Cushman & Wakefield, we believe our greatest achievements come from bringing together the brightest minds—people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Innovation thrives when we foster an environment where every individual is valued, empowered and able to contribute their best work.

Inclusion isn’t just a core value, it’s a competitive advantage. By embracing unique viewpoints and fresh ideas, we’re setting the standard in exceptional problem-solving, advisory and execution across the built environment. Our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone can excel leads to stronger outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.

No matter how far we’ve come, we will never settle when creating a culture where opportunity, respect, and impact are at the heart of everything we do.

Global Strategy & Priorities

We don’t just attract top talent—we create an environment where they can thrive and drive meaningful impact. Our approach shapes culture through strategic systems, policies, and decisions that fuel both business success and community well-being. By nurturing an environment of curiosity, continuous learning, growth, and belonging, we create lasting social and economic value while setting new standards for excellence, which creates long-term value for our shareholders.
WORKFORCE
Elevating Excellence

Our success is built on a workforce that reflects a broad range of perspectives, skills, and experiences. By attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, we strengthen our ability to deliver innovative solutions and create meaningful impact for clients and communities alike.

WORKPLACE
Leading with Accountability

A thriving workplace is built on accountability, transparency, and a culture of respect. Our leaders foster an environment where every individual is empowered to contribute at the highest level, ensuring a workplace that fuels growth, collaboration, and long-term success.

MARKETPLACE
Strengthening Communities & Expanding Opportunity

A thriving marketplace extends beyond business—it enriches communities. We help clients build strong, values-driven partnerships that drive economic growth while encouraging our employees to give back through volunteerism, mentorship, and charitable initiatives. By actively engaging in the communities where we work, we create lasting impact that benefits both business and communities.

Employee Resource Groups

At the heart of our commitment to fostering meaningful impact and inclusion are nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that are available for all employees to join. These ERGs are employee-led teams, united by a shared vision, who are contributing measurably to making inclusivity a driving force behind our collective success.

Our ERGs play a critical role in cultivating employee engagement and strengthening the sense of community within our organization, which in turn fuels the success of our business. The ERGs organize events and engagement opportunities that focus on key areas such as professional development, community engagement, recruitment, and cultural, or historical observances, as appropriate. We encourage all employees to join, participate, engage, and contribute through our ERGs.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Cushman & Wakefield is committed to leveraging its expertise in real estate and workplace solutions to create accessible and inclusive environments that empower individuals with disabilities.

SG Enable

We are proud that C&W Services Singapore has attained the Enabling Mark (Silver) accreditation in 2023, having forged a continuously meaningful partnership with SG Enable, the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore. This collaboration aims to actively contribute to enabling persons with disabilities and fostering a more inclusive society.

Singapore Business Network on Disability (SBNoD)

The SBNoD is a community of businesses in Singapore across various industries who work in collaboration to share (as appropriate) expertise, experience, networks and resources to help advance the equitable inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Representatives of LEAD Singapore have been joining their meetings to stay up-to-date with best practices on inclusivity for Persons with Disabilities in the workplace.

By combining our resources, knowledge, and networks, both organisations are dedicated to driving positive change, advocating for equal opportunities, and championing the rights of persons with disabilities in Singapore's built environment.

OUR PEOPLE

Celebrating International Day of People with Disability

At Cushman & Wakefield, we are committed to building an inclusive and engaged workforce and supporting an inclusive culture where our colleagues can do their best work. As a global leader in the commercial real estate services industry, we shape communities and create inclusive built environments for our clients. That is why we are particularly proud to celebrate International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD).

IDPwD’s purpose is to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. More personally, it is a day when each of us can pause and reflect on the individual and collective roles we can play in identifying and addressing discrimination, marginalization, exclusion and inaccessibility that many people with disabilities face.

Our Leading with Education and Awareness of Disabilities (LEAD) Employee Resource Group (ERG) is one way we bring our inclusive culture to life. LEAD’s mission is to cultivate a work environment that erases the barriers holding back people affected by disabilities. We are proud to showcase the impact our teams make in disability inclusion Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Gender Inclusion

At Cushman & Wakefield, we prioritise inclusivity to empower every individual, irrespective of gender or identity, fostering a culture that enhances collective potential and attracts top-tier talent. View our WEGEA Employer Statement.

Disability Action Plan

Cushman & Wakefield is proud to launch our Disability Action Plan (DAP) in Australia. This marks a transformative milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible future for our colleagues, clients, and communities.

Our DAP is more than just a policy—it’s a promise. A promise to align our workplaces, culture, and business practices with our long-term vision of inclusivity. Through collaboration with industry experts, advocacy groups, and the dedication of our talented teams, we are driving positive change—fostering workplaces and communities.

At Cushman & Wakefield, we will never settle for anything less than inclusion.  Download the DAP.

PURPLE PARADE

Marching For Disability Awareness at The Purple Parade

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Purple Parade, we undertook a number of activities in Singapore, including an internal awareness event, digital media campaign and participated in the 5000-person march through the streets of Singapore.

Led by Max Tan, 60 people from Cushman & Wakefield Singapore and C&W Services Singapore marched in support of inclusion and to celebrate abilities and support inclusion of People with Disabilities at the parade.

The Purple Parade is a unifying national platform to promote awareness and celebrate the abilities of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and to ensure that these individuals have equal access to education, employment, transport and social networks. We are proud to be associated with the event for the second year in a row.
