Ben is an International Partner within Cushman & Wakefield's London property investment team. He specialises in advising clients on the sale and purchase of commercial real estate investments in Central London, including the City of London, West End, Midtown and Canary Wharf.

Ben advises a wide variety of clients from the UK, Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East, including domestic and international funds, property companies, private investors, sovereign funds and asset managers.

In his role, Ben has advised his clients on over £4bn of London commercial investment transactions, recently including the £400m sale of the Amundi Collection of 8 assets, the £411m purchase of 30 Gresham Street, EC2, and the £200m sale of 70 Mark Lane, EC3. 

Ben joined the company in 1997 and over his 20+ years at the firm he has been based in both the Mayfair office and City of London office where he currently works. From 1997 to 2003, Ben worked within the company’s City, Midtown and Docklands office letting team.

Ben became an International Partner when the Cushman & Wakefield LLP was first established in 2016.
