Henry is head of the Central London Development Team within Central London Capital Markets. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of development opportunities, advising clients on headlease restructurings, joint ventures, development funding, strategic asset management and feasibility studies. 

Henry has more than 15 years’ experience in delivering best in class Central London development and agency advice on land acquisitions, disposals and headlease transactions, across all use classes. He has previously held roles at Gerald Eve, CBRE, Capital Real Estate Partners and JLL.
