James is responsible for developing and leading the EMEA Portfolio & Transaction Services business which is focussed on supporting our Mid-Cap and 1st Generation outsourcing clients from a data and brokerage perspective. James and his team service clients with both regional and global portfolios as well as those that are going through rapid and systematic change such as post-covid right sizing and M&A consolidation.

James is a Partner and has been with the business for 21-years and in that time has worked in both APAC and EMEA focussing on Occupier Advisory services. James combines a global view with a systematic approach to helping clients on all aspects of managing their occupational portfolios no matter where they are in their outsourcing journey.
