About

James is an International Partner and part of the EMEA Capital Markets Leadership team. He is Head of Logistics transactions across EMEA. James has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients, helping existing and new global capital sources to access the European markets. He also has 18 years’ prior experience being based in CEE whilst previously running C&W’s Capital Markets business for the region.

  • Sale of a c.€800m pan-European logistics portfolio on behalf of Garbe
  • Acquisition of the c.€1bn Goodman CEE logistics platform on behalf of GLP
  • Sale of a 46.5% stake in the €500m ELI logistics portfolio on behalf of Redefine
