About

Lucy is an Associate within the Valuation & Advisory International Cross-border team, EMEA and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2008. Lucy currently coordinates pan-European valuations for international clients, with a particular focus on residential assets. Lucy coordinates the accounts valuation for clients including; European Cities Fund for Nuveen Real Estate, Invesco Real Estate’s European Living Fund, Greystar’s Europe Growth and Economic Fund and the Greystar Equity Partners Europe I.

Lucy also has experience in the coordination of large and complex portfolio valuations, including the valuation of the pan- European portfolio of Cromwell European REIT for listing purposes on SGX. Lucy undertakes valuations for a variety of purposes including financial reporting and loan security.

Lucy also co-leads the Residential Sector Group for V&A across EMEA, and the Residential Insight Group comprising colleagues in V&A, CMG and Research across EMEA.
