Michael Carson is Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory for EMEA, working within Global Occupier Services (GOS) – our service line focused on the world’s largest occupiers. 

Michael brings over 10 years supply chain experience and has led supply chains as an occupier whilst also provided advisory support through his time in consulting. As a result, he brings a balanced perspective and wide range of industry experience to the work he carries out. 

Passionate about supply chain, Michael brings strategic thinking and thrives on turning strategy into action. Michael believes collaboration is the key to unlocking true supply chain effectiveness with real estate at the heart of this.
