British Airways, Heathrow

  • Working on behalf of British Airways, Richard lead a team to secure the swift sale of a 15 acre former training site at Cranebank, Heathrow during the height of the Pandemic. The sale set a new record land value for the Heathrow market in 2020.

Fleets Lane, Poole

  • Advised Sealed Air Plc on the disposal of a heavily contaminated former industrial site in Poole. Despite facing significant issues with ground conditions, planning and ongoing environmental liabilities, Richard secured an unconditional sale of the 6 acre site in Q4 2021.

Currently Advising in London

  • Confidentially, Richard is currently advising separate clients on the disposal of 5 sites in London totaling more than 50 acres. The clients include pension funds, hoteliers, public authorities and residential developers, demonstrating the strength of the market post Pandemic.

Track Record in London

  • Richard has vast experience in the London development land market, having sold more than 200 acres of industrial land over the last 20 years. Key projects include the sale of 80 acres in Dagenham for RWE; 30 acres in Greenford for GSK; 20 acres in Purfleet for ExxonMobil; and 12 acres in Enfield for GE.
