Will is primarily responsible for driving the pan-European logistics platform at C&W. He is dedicated to logistics and industrial investment within the EMEA Capital Markets team and has been with the business since 2017. Will’s main roles include cross border coordination, transaction management and deal execution. Will has developed a deep knowledge of EMEA logistics markets and has strong relationships with major international logistics investors across different risk profiles.
- Acquisition of Project Carbon – a forwardfunding deal in the UK for c. £600 million on behalf of Cain International
- Disposal of Project Cornerstone – a c. €210 million portfolio in Northern France on behalf of AEW
- Sale of Project Sofia – a logistics complex in Rotterdam, Netherlands for c. €110m for KBC Bank
- Sale of a €250 million Swedish portfolio on behalf of a private developer
- Disposal of Project Maximus – a pan-European logistics platform
- Disposal of a €110 million prime logistics asset in Helsinki, Finland for Savills IM / Vestas
- Disposal of Project Moda - a prime logistics facility in Northern Italy for SEGRO at <4% NIY
- Forward funding of a new €90 million BTS facility in Stockholm leased to an online grocery retailer
- Acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Benelux for Prologis, c. €125 million
