“My role on the HCLSC will be to share perspectives on issues such as how our healthcare clients are adapting their real estate portfolios to new care delivery modalities; how they are addressing tighter operating pressures and reimbursement constraints; and how they are strategizing in the face of new competitive threats, particularly as nontraditional healthcare companies enter the sector,” said Ms. Damon. “The Health Care and Life Sciences Council membership is composed of experts across the healthcare and real estate industries, creating a tremendous forum in which to discuss and explore the changing and challenging market dynamics our clients must navigate.”
