LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 25, 2021 – Focusing on tenant representation, Raimondo brings expertise in law firms and has led more than 50 law firm transactions across the globe, along with other professional services client work.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Raimondo worked at Savills in downtown Los Angeles where he led a multi-disciplined team of professionals that completed 4 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $1 billion. Raimondo has represented clients in nearly every major real estate market in the United States, and internationally in the UK, EMEA, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
His major clients include national and international law firms and global financial, insurance, and technology companies.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Raimondo will be a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group (LSAG) consisting of 450+ global real estate specialists who implement strategic real estate solutions guided by law firms’ financial and operational objectives. He will also work closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Services group to implement best in class portfolio solutions on behalf of the firm’s occupier clients.

Prior to entering brokerage, Raimondo was a real estate attorney where he represented major municipal entities in transactional real estate acquisition work and real estate litigation. He remains an active member of the California Bar. He has also been published on the subject of law firm office leasing in several reputable legal and business trade publications.
He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.
