Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Retail Valuation & Advisory Team in Seattle with Re-Addition of Julie Holt-Swaun

SEATTLE, Wash., April 20, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield has hired veteran valuation professional Julie Holt-Swaun, MAI, MRICS to its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) practice in Seattle, Washington. An Executive Director, Holt-Swaun will serve as one of the firm’s key retail valuation experts in the Seattle and Greater Washington markets.

She will work closely with Richard Latella, Executive Managing Director and the Retail Practice Group Leader for Cushman Julie Holt Swaun  Valuation Advisory &  Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, based out of New York.

Holt-Swaun returns to Cushman & Wakefield after working for the firm for approximately 17 years during 2002 to 2019. During her prior tenure with the firm, she focused on the Seattle, Houston, and Jacksonville markets. She was with CBRE for a few years prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield.

In addition to her earning the MAI and MRICS designations, Holt-Swaun was on the Board of Directors of CREW Jacksonville and is a certified appraiser in four states. She’s worked on virtually all property types; specific experience involves feasibility and market studies, right-of-way valuation projects and valuation of proposed and existing properties as well as properties being repositioned in U.S. primary, secondary and tertiary markets.
