AURORA, Colo., May 10, 2022 – JAGreen Development LLC (JAG), the owner/developer of the recent JAG Logistics Center @ DEN, a 260-acre industrial park at 64th Avenue and Powhaton Road in Aurora, in partnership with an affiliate of Raith Capital Partners, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, has acquired 157 acres of land in Aurora, Colorado for the development of the AEROS Logistics Center (AEROS), a 2 million-square-foot Class A industrial park. AEROS is strategically located south of Denver International Airport (DEN) along the 56th Avenue corridor with convenient access to E-470 to the West and I-70 to the South.
AEROS Logistics Center, which is zoned Airport District, is being master-planned for a myriad of uses including logistics, distribution, manufacturing, construction, and data centers. Companies will have the option for build-to-suit for sale or lease. JAG is designing AEROS with a great deal of flexibility—the new master plan could accommodate two 1 million-square-foot east/west facing cross-dock buildings or may be divided into smaller parcels for users requiring less space.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented JAG in the acquisition, and will handle the marketing efforts for AEROS.
