Rob Geiger and Alex Ruck Lead Cushman & Wakefield Agency Leasing Team at Iconic Pittsburgh Office Tower.
PITTSBURGH, July 11, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has represented owner 601W Companies in leasing 9,279 square feet at the U.S. Steel Tower to Stantec, a global leader in architecture, engineering and sustainable design.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Geiger and Alex Ruck represented 601W, while JLL’s David Goldberg and Geoff Greco represented Stantec.
Stantec moved into the 49th floor space at the beginning of June and plans to undergo a series of renovations in the coming months.
