Centreville, MD – Cushman & Wakefield and ownership of Centreville Business Park announced today that construction of a new 36,500-square-foot industrial spec building at Centreville Business Park is “under roof.” Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to market the property, located at 214 Coursevalle Drive, for lease or sale. The building is currently under construction and scheduled to be ready for occupancy in March 2023.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Greaney and Gideon Price will be marketing the property for lease or sale on behalf of the landlord, Corsica VIII, LLC.
