Camponeschi will Support Life & Technology Sciences Team within Project & Development Services Group Washington, D.C. – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired Kevin Camponeschi as Managing Director within the Project & Development Services (PDS) group where he will support the life & technology sciences team. Camponeschi will be based out of the DC Metro area and will focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Tri-State regions.

He has supported complex projects including cGMP bulk biologics manufacturing facilities, cell therapy manufacturing and lab and office fit-outs. He has led the development and implementation of project management and controls processes tailored to meet clients’ needs for projects ranging from $50M to over $2B and serves as a trusted advisor to all his clients.
