Metzl to Lead One of the Region’s Top Office Teams
CHICAGO, February 15, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Executive Managing Director Jonathan Metzl has been promoted to lead Office Tenant Representation brokerage in the Chicago region.
In his new role, Metzl will continue to build the firm’s Chicago office brokerage business and focus on driving collaboration and connectivity across Cushman & Wakefield’s platform and service lines. During his two-decade career in tenant representation, he has negotiated more than 8 million square feet of office, lab and industrial leases for a wide range of clients, from life science startups to Fortune 500 corporations. He will continue to serve clients as a tenant rep broker as well.

Metzl is a graduate of Indiana University and resides on Chicago’s North Side with his wife Meredith and their two sons.
