FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, March 02, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield, who has been exclusively marketing the recently rebranded The Gateway at Cypress Creek for lease, announced that the 101,104-square-foot office building has become the lowest price Class A offering on the market in the Cypress Creek area. Asking rents for space at the building are currently $19 per square foot triple net.
