Jamaica, NY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to market a 12,500-square-foot retail space located at 163-05 Archer Avenue in Jamaica, NY for lease.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mitzi Flexer and Elizabeth Holmes will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the landlord, BRP Companies.
“This is an unparalleled opportunity for retailers to establish themselves in a prime location with high visibility and proximity to York College, LIRR and Jamaica Terminal,” said Flexer.
“We are thrilled to be working with BRP Companies to lease this best-in-class development that will provide direct access to residents and Jamaica’s dense population – a win for any brand,” added Holmes.
