Winthrop & Weinstine Signs Long-term Lease Extension

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jaclyn May and Paul Donovan Represented Winthrop & Weinstine in Office-lease Extension in Downtown Minneapolis 


MINNEAPOLIS, June 7, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented law firm Winthrop & Weinstine in its long-term lease extension at Capella Tower in Downtown Minneapolis.  

The fourth-largest law firm in the Twin Cities, Winthrop & Weinstine will expand from approximately 100,000 square feet to 107,000 square feet in the Class A office property. 

Paul Donovan, Jaclyn May and Tom DeSautel of Cushman & Wakefield represented Winthrop & Weinstine in the renewal and expansion.
