Aaron has a strong track record of ensuring that any real estate decision is made within the confines of his clients’ specific operational and financial objectives. His organizational, analytical, and negotiating skills support an informed and comprehensive decision-making process that allow the company to control costs, maintain flexibility, and efficiently implement its core business plans. In addition, Aaron’s background has proven to be instrumental in adding value to projects from the strategic planning phase (including labor analytics & site selection) through building occupancy.

Aaron has been involved in more than 10 million square feet of real estate transactions, valued at more than $6 billion, including development, strategic planning, acquisitions, labor analytics, headquarters relocation analysis, global disposition programs, lease restructuring/terminations, and office relocations and expansions.
