Andrew M. Chase joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in March 2017. In this role, Mr. Chase provides negotiation and advisory services, through his comprehensive knowledge as an expert in the New York City real estate market, combined with the broad range of resources at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Chase has worked with a diverse group of clients, comprising a broad range of sizes in the finance, law, technology, and nonprofit sectors, to plan and execute corporate real estate strategy; including renewal, expansion, relocation and consolidation.
