Andy La Dow serves as Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield San Diego (NYSE: CWK) and is the Broker of Record for Cushman & Wakefield in California. As an industry leader, Andy has a proven track record of rebuilding office cultures, team building, enhancing client centric processes and driving revenues. 

Andy began his career in 1984 in market research with Coldwell Banker (now CBRE) before transitioning into brokerage, spending 12 years as an office specialist specializing in complex, high-value corporate office leases, purchases, and build-to-suit transactions. He later joined BRE Commercial as a Partner, whose successor firms were ultimately sold to Cushman & Wakefield.  Andy then became Managing Director at Colliers International for 8.5 years overseeing all operational aspects of commercial real estate brokerage business in San Diego. In June 2023, Andy re-joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Managing Principal/Market Leader for San Diego County.   

A native of Point Loma area of San Diego, Andy is deeply connected to the San Diego community. Outside of real estate, he is an accomplished yachtsman, having won national championships in the competitive Etchells class and participated in prestigious offshore races such as the Transpacific Yacht Race. He was the Commodore of the San Diego Yacht Club during 2009. His other passions include snow skiing and road biking. 

Andy has been married to Robin Hughes for 36 years. They have two sons, Jake (married to Kayla) and Will, and are proud grandparents to their grandson, Luke Andrew.
