Mr. Blank is a senior underwriter with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for underwriting new mortgages and has experience across all collateral platforms, including senior housing, affordable housing, and manufactured housing. Mr. Blank has originated CRE mortgages on behalf of institutional clients, including GSE lenders, life insurance companies, CMBS platforms, banks, and pension funds. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Blank held various positions with BlackRock, SunTrust, and Quadrant Real Estate Advisors.
