As Director for Cushman & Wakefield, Bill is responsible for leasing and marketing a 540,000 square-foot portfolio of Class B office properties located in Houston on behalf of multiple institutional and private owners. Bill leverages his lease transactional, property management and financial background to deliver highly refined and customized solutions to successfully achieve the investment goals of the owner.
Bill brings over 25 years of broad-based real estate experience. His focus is primarily on landlord representation, however, he is also highly experienced in tenant representation, property management, as well as advisory services for development, acquisition and disposition. Bill has coordinated and motivated skilled leasing, property and project management teams, while strategically integrating other third party professionals to assist the team. He served as the team leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston’s Agency Leasing Services from 2005 - 2013, directing leasing and marketing efforts for a 2.8 msf Class “A” office portfolio with multiple institutional owners. He has brokered over 750 office lease transactions ranging from 3,000 sf to 153,000 sf. Bill has represented and negotiated lease transactions on behalf of prominent global real estate owners such as: American International Group (AIG), DWS Group (RREEF), Inland American, LaSalle Investment Management, Maersk Inc., and the Prudential Insurance Company.
Prior to 2005, Bill served as Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. for 8 years, where he provided agency leasing services, property and project management services for institutional and private property owners. He also advised and represented clients through property acquisition, disposition, ground-up development, asset redevelopment and condemnation. Prior to JLL, he performed property and project management services at Premisys Real Estate Services a division of the Prudential Insurance Company.
