Brian Young joined the Cushman & Wakefield Philadelphia office in 2015 and has executed over 1.1 MSF of office and life science leasing transactions since January of 2022. He works with owners and occupiers in real estate strategy development and the execution of commercial property transactions throughout the United States.

Brian is a lifetime resident of the greater Philadelphia area and is committed to expanding his knowledge of both the Philadelphia and surrounding area real estate markets. In addition to his global Tenant Advisory work, Brian represents Wexford Science & Technology, Ventas REIT, and The University City Science Center in the marketing and leasing of existing lab and office space, new construction, and future development in uCity Square as well as representing Keystone Development + Investment in the lease-up of The Washington in Independence Mall. Brian believes strongly in providing his clients with the highest level of service.

Brian received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He majored in Political Science and minored in History. Brian rowed for four years at the University of Pennsylvania and continues to stay involved with the University of Pennsylvania Rowing Team. 

Brian is an active member of the Real Estate community and committed to maintaining strong and lasting relationships with members of the Philadelphia brokerage community. He is now an active member of University Barge Club in Philadelphia.
