I create value through active portfolio management, annual strategic planning, and the implementation of best practices across my clients' real estate portfolios.

What innovative trends across Workplace and PropTech are you leveraging in your market or sector to help keep your clients competitive?
We ensure our clients have the appropriate tech stack for their portfolios, whether that be for space management, financial accounting, or lease administration. We also leverage the implementation of Cushman & Wakefield's proprietary portfolio data visualization tool, TRIANA, and other technologies at our disposal.

If you had a lens into the future, where do you think Occupiers will be most focused in 2025?
There will be a continued focus on being more agile with space utilization and optimization.

Dan Rasmussen is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, DC office with over 20 years of corporate real estate experience. Mr. Rasmussen's and his partner, Brian Hetherington, lead a team focused on providing integrated, multi-market global real estate portfolio solutions to dozens of clients, as well as providing local brokerage services to regional clients in the DC Metro area. Additionally, their team is an industry leader in providing services to private equity firms on pre-acquisition due diligence, day one readiness and post acquisition portfolio optimization.

Mr. Rasmussen has completed more than 1,500 transactions from 1,000 square foot to 1M square feet across numerous industry types, including PE firms, health-tech, healthcare, professional services, non-profits, law firms, the financial services industry, government/defense contractors and retailers.
