Newly completed, 478,000-square-foot office and retail project at Seventh and F Streets featuring the integration of three discrete elements-the exceptionally restored 1924 Hecht Company. Building (575 Seventh Street), the adjoining facades of four Victorian townhouses (South Wing) and adjoining new construction to the east of the 575 Seventh Street (650 F Street. These three elements together form Terrell Place.
