Grant embarked on his journey into commercial real estate fresh out of Florida State University when he joined UGL Equis in 2011. Equis, a mid-size real estate corporate services firm, focused primarily on servicing occupiers' needs. Building a foundation from a "non-top 3" platform post the Global Financial Crisis required a relentless mentality and a dedication to being client centric.

Currently, he represents and consults some of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest office and industrial clients. Cushman & Wakefield’s global enterprise provides an expansive platform that enables Grant to distinguish himself to his clients. He has played a pivotal role in building his team to accommodate the needs of any client or prospect.

Acknowledged for his outstanding contributions, Grant has received prestigious recognitions from Cushman & Wakefield, including the Americas Achievement Award, Top Producer, and Americas Business Development awards. However, his greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing the success, growth, and influence of his team members.

Outside of his professional life, Grant is a lifetime Floridian, growing up in the panhandle before moving to St. Petersburg. He stays away from the golf course but can always be found on the water with his two young daughters and wife.
