Jeffrey Clabeaux is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company. Jeffrey was raised in Amherst, NY and has been an active part of the Western New York Community for his entire life and has substantial knowledge of the Buffalo-Niagara Region. He began his commercial real estate career as a property manager with a Buffalo-based development company. This position, along with his dedication to learning the commercial real estate industry, prepared him to quickly be promoted to a real estate development associate. To further pursue his commercial real estate career, Jeff joined Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from ITT Technical Institute, graduating with highest honors with a 4.0 GPA. As a way to give back to the community and follow his passion to support research to find a cure of childhood cancers Jeff co-founded “Friends of Carly.” The mission of Friends of Carly is to support Carly’s Club and Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
