Jessica Brown joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as Executive Director and leader of the Agency Leasing team. Ms. Brown is one of the Charlotte region’s top commercial real estate executives having represented properties such as 301 South College St, 300 South Tryon Street, South Tryon Square, Charlotte Plaza, Carillon, Fifth Third Center, NASCAR Plaza, SouthPark Towers and Rotunda, among others. Cushman & Wakefield’s current Charlotte office portfolio totals more than 5 million square feet. Focused on client value, Ms. Brown executes clients’ goals whether positioning existing assets, mixed-use development, or adaptive re-use.
