Jim is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. As a Tenant Representative, Jim performs select property acquisition opportunities and lease expansion, consolidation and relocation programs ranging from 1,000 square feet and in excess of 100,000 square feet. In Ownership Representation, he facilitates negotiations for a variety of commercial properties and closes transactions to satisfy Ownership’s best interests. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jim was Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company where he had completed over 600 commercial real estate transactions valued at more than $800 million. Jim was one of the top professionals at Grubb & Ellis each year. Quality client service, production, and leadership earned him the position of Vice President in early 1994 and Senior Vice President in 1998.

Jim graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a sub-specialization in Industrial Distribution Sciences.
