Katherine Gerdung is a Marketing Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield's Boca Raton office, where she supports the diverse marketing needs of the Hospitality Team. In her role, she is responsible for creating offering memorandums, broker opinion of values, social media content, and various marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms, all while ensuring brand integrity and consistency. She also assists with brokerage coordinating day-to-day operations.

With over 10 years of experience as a graphic designer, Katherine brings a strong background of expertise from multiple industries including e-commerce, private label branding, package design, and photography. A Boca Raton native, she earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University.
