Marianne P. Owens joined Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado (previously Cushman Realty Corporation) in 1993 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Ms. Owens is an Associate to Nicholas J. Pavlakovich and Matthew P. Gautreau, providing technical and market expertise on tenant representation and landlord representation lease transactions. She is involved in the analysis and comparison of lease alternatives based on their abilities to meet qualitative and quantitative client requirements.

Ms. Owens is responsible for developing marketing and leasing materials for buildings in Metro Denver on behalf of the following landlords: Brookfield Office Properties, Franklin Street Properties, Hamilton-Titan Partners, Kittredge Properties, LBA Realty, Miller Global Properties, Nuveen Real Estate, Pauls Corporation, UBS, USAA Real Estate and Winthrop Realty Trust. Ms. Owens is also responsible for researching and analyzing all information regarding the metropolitan Denver office market, from overall vacancy and absorption figures to available blocks of individual space. She utilizes this data to determine market comparables and trends, for the production of market reports, availability packages and property brochures. 

Ms. Owens holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Parks College. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. She is a former board member of the Patient Family Education Board for The Children’s Hospital Colorado.
