In his current role as Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation team, Matt Bowen focuses on representing corporate services clients in lease negotiations both locally and nationally. His responsibilities include business development, strategic real estate planning, office space acquisitions, financial analysis, facility planning and lease negotiations (including subleases and sales.) Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt served as a Senior Vice President for the Tenant Representation team at Jones Lang LaSalle, and previously as Associate Broker of The Staubach Company’s tenant representation team.
