Matt, a Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate since 2003, has been in the real estate industry since 1986. As a result of his strategic process and client oriented approach, Matt has consistently distinguished himself as one of Northeast Ohio’s top selling commercial real estate specialists.
Matt’s knowledge in commercial real estate evaluation, education and experience provides him with the expertise to handle a variety of corporate and private real estate projects. Matt has successfully completed an assorted array of transactions for small and large clients throughout Northeast Ohio with an unprecedented level of customer satisfaction. Matt takes extra care in listening to his clients’ objectives and then putting a carefully prepared plan together to maximize the end result.
Matt’s area of expertise includes exclusive representation for acquisition and/or disposition of an existing property, design and construction of a new building, land acquisition/disposition procurement of tax abatement, property valuation for re-financing or tax appeal, expert testimony for legal cases and recommendations for property value enhancement. Matt’s vast experience and “client first” approach has earned him multiple industry awards.
Prior to joining CRESCO in 2003, Matt was a top producer with a national real estate company for eight (8) years. Before entering the real estate industry, Matt was employed as an Account Manager within the Household Products Division of the 3M Company for five (5) years. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University School of Business.
