About

Mo Hoffmann is the Executive Managing Director and Market Lead of the Mid-Atlantic Valuation & Advisory Practice of Cushman & Wakefield of North Carolina, Inc. The Mid-Atlantic Valuation practice includes offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Charlotte, Raleigh and Richmond. Mo’s current responsibilities include the leadership and management of roughly 60 professionals throughout the region. Mo formerly served as the Director of Valuation for the Mid-Atlantic since June 2022.

Mo joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2015. Her experience includes providing appraisal services for a variety of commercial property types including, but not limited to multi- and single-tenant office buildings; commercial land; mixed-use projects; manufacturing and warehousing facilities; shopping centers; multi-family properties; adaptive reuse projects; and special purpose facilities. 

Prior to her start with Cushman & Wakefield, Mo began her career in valuation with Integra Realty Resources – Charlotte. She also spent three and a half years working as an analyst for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC where she provided post-closing and loan boarding support for one of the nation’s largest full-service commercial real estate finance firms.
