Michael Schoeder is the Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Coast Offices (Monterey & Salinas). He leads a team of 8 successful real estate professionals that handle all aspects of brokerage. He is also responsible for developing the most effective approach to client accounts and implementing the strategic solutions necessary for success. Prior to becoming the Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield, Michael worked for the largest Savings & Loan in Minnesota and as a commercial real estate agent briefly in Portland & San Francisco. Michael leads by example and has built a strong culture for success and believes in a collaborative approach to servicing our clients.

Michael has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, the last 33 years working on the California Central Coast out of C&W’s Monterey Office. Given the Tertiary market conditions on the Central Coast, Michael has a very diverse background working on all segments of brokerage over the years, but specializes in the areas identified below. Michael has represented Landlords/Tenants & Sellers/Buyers on all types of transactions from standard leasing activities, acquisitions to dispositions, build to suits, consulting, and educational related transactions to strategic planning. Over his career, he has leased over 3 million square feet and over $350 million in Sale transactions throughout the United States. It is his knowledge of the market and his experience of how to approach solutions that made Michael extremely effective in making sure the results align with the needs of a client’s business.
